Do you ship worldwide?

We deliver our unique clothing right to your door step.

What companies do you deal with for shipping?

We deal with DHL EXPRESS (worldwide) and ARAMEX (KSA).

How long does the shipping time takes?

Shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes 2-4 working days.

Shipping to the GCC countries takes 3-5 working days.

Shipping to the rest of the world takes anywhere from 5-7 working days.

Are there custom duties and local taxes to be paid for international orders?

This is paid once the courier delivers your shipment and it varies in each country, please check with your country policies.

Does the shipping price change depending on the quantity of the order?

For orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using Aramex, the shipping price is SAR34.5 and changes a little when ordering a big quantity.

On the other hand, orders that are placed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using DHL, the shipping price varies depending on the quantity ordered.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Cash On Delivery (Available in KSA only for ready orders and not for custom orders, altered orders, or gift cards) A maximum of SAR3750 is allowed.

Visa and Mastercard (all countries)

Apple Pay (KSA and UAE only)

Mada and STC PAY (KSA only)

Will I receive a receipt after I place my order?

A receipt is sent to your email once you place your order.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?

We don’t accept refunds or exchanges, please check the size of the clothes before you place your order.

How long does it take to customize orders?

In REMALY, all orders are customized to insure a perfect fit. Tailoring your pieces will take any time from 6-10 working days.
